| 摘 要： | 为了消除《中国药典》法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射中葡萄糖分解产物5－HMF对测定甲硝唑的含量的影响，采用四苯硼钠法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中甲硝唑的含量。求得该法的平均回收率98．95，RDS为0．4％，表明该法简便，可靠，能消除5－HMF的干扰，检测无需特殊条件。

| Abstract: | To remove the interference of 5 HMF metronidazole in metronidazole and glucose injection was deteminated by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method. The method of sodium tetraphenylboron was used for determination of metronidazole in metronidazole and glucose injection. The rate of average recovery was 98.9%,with realtive stardand deviation of 0.4%. The result is showed that the method of sodium tetraphenylboron is simple,accurate and remoing the interference of 5 HMF. |
