| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒对胆管癌的诊断价值。方法：对71例经手术病理证实的胆管癌超声图像，肿瘤内部及周边血供进行分析。结果：彩色多普勒超声对胆管癌的显示率90.1%与病理符合率为87.3%。结论：彩色多普勒血流显像（PCDFI）对胆管癌有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objectvie:To study the diagnostic value of colour doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for bile duct carcinoma.Methods:The ultrasonic portrait and internal and peripheral blood supply of tumor in 71 patients with bile duct carcinoma,who were confirmed by operation and pathology examination were analysed.Results:The appearance rate of colour doppler flow imaging for bile duct carcinoma was 90.1%,and its coincidence rate with pathology examination was 87.3%.Conclusion:It is relatively high diagnostic value for bile duct carcinoma with colour doppler flow imaging. |
