| 摘 要： | 人才和设备建设是医院发展的两大主题，加强和完善医疗设备维修管理。能有效地提高设备的使用效率，定时对设备进行保养、维护、厦时排除故障，加强设备档案、信息管理，将大大减少设备故障率，降低维修成本。
