卵巢癌危险因素的病例对照研究

目的探索卵巢癌发病的危险因素和保护因素,为预防卵巢癌发病提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法,病例选自2000年7月~2005年4月某省级医院被确诊为卵巢癌的住院患者229名,366名对照来自同一医院确诊的外伤患者。用卵巢癌危险因素流行病学调查问卷,对病例与对照的病历进行查询。对所得资料进行单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,子宫肌瘤、痛经、一级亲属肿瘤史、初潮年龄、行经期、月经周期、肿瘤史和累计结婚年数等是卵巢癌的危险因素,共妊娠数、自然流产数、人工流产数等是卵巢癌的保护因素。多因素分析显示,与卵巢癌发生关联显著的因素是共妊娠数、人工流产数、初潮年龄、行经期和月经周期。结论卵巢癌的发病是多因素共同参与的结果。

A case-control study on risk factors of ovarian cancer

Objective To study the risk factors and protective factors of ovarian cancer, and to provide basis for preventing ovarian cancer. Methods Case-control study was carried out among 229 patients with ovarian cancer and 336 controls with trawnatism in a certain province hospital from 2000 July to 2005 April. Questionnaire was used to investigate risk factors of ovarian cancer among cases and controls. Results Univariate analysis indicated that the uterus tumor, algomenorrhea, cancer history of first degree relative, menarche age, menstruation, menstrual cycle, tumor history, accumulative marriage year were the risk factor of ovarian cancer. And the number of total pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, and induced abortion were the protective factors of ovarian cancer. Multivariate analysis indicated associated factors of ovarian cancer were the number of total pregnancy and induced abortion, the age of menarche, menstruation, menstrual cycle. Conclusions Ovarian cancer was multifactorial.
