| 摘 要： | 比较了氟哌酸肌肉注射和口服后在家兔体内的药物动力学,结果表明肌肉注射的吸收速度、吸收程度以及尿中排泄量均远高于口服给药。由此认为注射剂是一种有应用价值的值得研制的剂型。

| Abstract: | The pharmacokinetics of injection and capsule of norfloxacin,was studied in rabbits. The absorption rate of injection was more rapid, theextent of absorption and the accumulative excretion in urine within 48 hours weremuch higher than those of oral administration. It suggested that norfloxacininjection is a valuable preparation, to be developed. |
