竹黄化学成分的分离和结构鉴定

摘    要:从真菌竹黄(Shiraia bambusicola)的子座中首次分离得到了5个单体化合物,经UV、IR、~1H-NMR,~(13)C—NMR、MS及理化方法等确定了其结构。其中3个为苝醌类(perylene quinone)化合物。分别为竹红菌甲素、竹红菌乙素和六孢素.另2个分别为硬脂酸乙脂和硬脂酸。

Abstract:5 pure chemical compounds have been isolated from the stroma of Sharaia bambusicola P. Henn. On the basis of UV, IR, MS, ~1H- NMR and ~(13)C NMR spectrometric analysis and physical chemical constanns, they are identified as hypocrellin A, hypocrellin B, hexascosporin, ethyl stearate and stearic acid.Among them, hypocrellin A, hypocrellin B and hexascosporin are perylenequinone derivatives which are new kinds of photosensitizers.
