MEBO治疗老年慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡的临床体会

目的：由多种原因引起的老年人慢。隆顽固性皮肤溃疡，病程长，全身情况差，临床治疗颇为棘手。为了探索新的治疗方法，使创面尽快愈合，我们应用MEBO治疗21例。方法：局部采用暴露疗法或包扎疗法。暴露法涂药1一2mm厚，每4小时换药一次；包扎法涂药厚2～3mm，每天换药1～2次。在不造成新的损伤下，及时清除坏死组织，通畅引流。加强全身营养支持、抗感染，维持内环境稳定，治疗原发病。结果：15例痊愈，4例创面肉芽生长良好后植皮愈合，2倒好转后出院。有效率100％。治疗中无感染加重发生。结论：MEBO治疗老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡，安全易行，疗效满意，是一种较理想治疗方法，值得推广。

Experience withMEBO in Treating Chronic Refractory Skin Ulcers of the Elderly

Objective: To find out a new method for treating chronic refractory skin ulcer ofthe elderly. Method: 21 cases of chronic refractory skin ulcer of the elderly were treated with MEBOusing exposed or bandaging method. When exposed method was used, MEBO was applied to a thick-ness of 1-2mm, once every 4 hours. When bandaging method was used, MEBO was applied to athickness of 2-3mm, 1-2 times every day. No further injury was caused. Adequate drainage wasmaintained and necrotic tissue was removed timely. Nutrition support was strengthened and anti - in-fective measures were taken to maintain a stable inner environment. Result: 15 cases all cured. 4 outof the 15 cases were subjected to skin grafting after wourid granulation. 2 cases were discharged afterwounds were getting healed. The total effective rate was 100%. No further infection occurred. Con-clusion: MEBO is effective for treating chronic refractory skin ulcer of the elderly. It is easy to useand its efficacy is very satisfactory.[
