家庭护理干预对老年性痴呆患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对早、中期老年性痴呆(AD)患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例早、中期AD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组进行常规出院指导,出院后不施加任何干预。观察组在此基础上进行为期1年的家庭护理干预,包括对患者及家属进行AD疾病知识及护理知识的宣教、家居安全护理指导、心理护理及情感支持、康复训练指导及遵医行为指导等;两组干预前后分别采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)测评患者的生活质量。结果干预后观察组患者SF-36综合评分为578.3±146.1,显著高于干预前(P<0.01),亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭护理干预能有效提高早、中期AD患者的生活质量。

Effect of Family Nursing on Life Quality of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing on the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD) at early and middle stages.Methods A total of 80 AD patients at early and middle stages were randomly(divi-)ded into two groups: observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The patients in the observation group received one-year family nursing by nursing intervention including home security care,psychological nursing,and(emotional) support,rehabilitation training and so on,while those in the control group received no intervention after discharge.All the patients were evaluated with health state survey questionnaire(SF-36) before and after family nursing.Results After family nursing interventions,the quality of life was significantly improved in observation group((P<)0.01),which was also much better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Family nursing intervention could effectively improved the quality of life of patients with AD.
