摘    要:目的 强调转变观念在发展全科医疗和全科医学教育中的重要性。方法 从师资培训、转变观念入手,组织师生参与社区卫生服务,向广大师生不断灌输全科医学思想,了解全科医学产生的历史背景和必然性,以及我国全科医疗发展的现状、趋势、有利条件和存在的困难等。结果 广大师生对全科医学这一新学科有了较全面的认识,对全科医疗的服务模式,全科医生的社区角色和全科医疗在我国的发展趋势以及社区群众对健康的需求等也有了较全面的

Abstract:Objective To emphasize the importance of changing the old concept in thedevelopment of general medicine and its education. Methods To train the teachers and change their oldconcept. Let the teachers and the students take part in community health practice and know the history, itsnecessity, as well as the present situation, trends, advantages and the difficulties in the development ofgeneral medicine in our country. Results the teachers and the students have further understood generalmedicine of our country. Conclusion The training objective, the quality requirements, the teachingmethods are obviously different from those of the traditional medical education. We are required to beaware of the importance of changing our old educational concept, model, system and intellectualstructure. This is a precondition for general medical education.
