失眠与幽门螺旋杆菌感染关系研究及中西医病机探讨

目的:探讨失眠与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的关系及中、西医病因病机。方法:采用14C呼气试验对90例失眠伴明显消化系症状者进行幽门螺旋杆菌测定,并与30位健康对照组作比较;同时选择30例Hp感染患者作自身胃镜检查,以判定疾病性质。结果:①观察组(失眠组)Hp感染阳性率(77%)显著大于对照组(20%,P<0.01);Hp感染程度2组之间具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);②14C呼气试验与胃黏膜快速尿素酶Hp自身对照检测阳性率无明显差别(P>0.05),但敏感度以14C呼气试验为高。结论:失眠与Hp感染密切相关,"胃不和则卧不安"经典中医理论,应注入"卧不安亦胃不和"新的观点。

Study on Relation of Insomnia between Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Exploration of Pathogenesis of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective:To investigate the relation between insomnia and helicobacter pylori(HP) infection as well as pathogenesis of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Methods:The helicobacter pylori was measured in patients with insomnia and compared with 30 healthy controls by 14C-urea breath test(14C-UBT),the gastrocopy were maked in 30 patients with HP infected.Results:(1)The positive rate of HP infected in patients with insomnia was significantly higher than that of control(77% VS 20%,P<0.01),Infective degree of HP between 2 groups was significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The positive rate of HP infected examined by 14C-UBT and urease was not difference changes in self comparation.Conclusion:The positive rate and degree of HP infected were closely associated with insomnia;the classical theory of TCM about insomnia caused gastric disease should empty into new point of riew about gastric disease caused insomnia.
