骨科腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案临床应用

目的探讨国家中医药管理局新实行的《13个病种的中医护理方案（试行）》在临床的应用性。方法对骨科2013年7月-8月收入院的40例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用＂13个病种中医护理方案＂中的护理方案进行护理。结果方案的实施提高了患者对中医护理技术的依从性及满意度,同时也提高了患者常见症状的施护效果。结论 ＂腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案＂临床应用性高,其不仅对开展中医临床护理工作起到很好的指导作用,而且使得中医护理技术在临床得到了切实的应用。但在实施过程中也存在一些问题,如因地域性或医院本身的差异,在中医护理技术开展方面和饮食调护方面与方案内容有一定的差异。

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Disease in Orthopedics Department

Objective To investigate the applicability of ＂Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme（Trial Implementation） of Thirteen Disease Entities＂ newly announced by the State Administration Traditional Chinese Medicine Management.Method To perform the nursing scheme in the ＂Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme of Thirteen Disease Entities＂ on 40 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc disease admitted during July to August 2013 in orthopedics department.Result The application of the scheme improved the compliance and satisfaction of the patients and also improved the nursing effects on many common symptoms of the patients.Conclusion The ＂Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Disease＂ has high clinical applicability,not only have better guiding function to the carrying out of traditional Chinese medicine nursing work,but also adopt the nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine into real application.But there are also some problems existing in the process of application,such as because of the differences of regionalism or the hospitals,there are also many differences in the aspects of the carrying out of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and the content of diet care.
