自制胎动计数记录单在临床中的应用

目的:探讨自制胎动计数记录单在临床中的应用效果。方法:将2012年6~12月100例住院孕妇设为对照组,2013年1~8月100例住院孕妇设为观察组。对照组采用本科护理记录单由护士记录胎动计数;观察组采用自制胎动计数记录单,由孕妇本人自行记录胎动计数,护士检查。比较两组孕妇胎动检测依从性。结果:观察组孕妇胎动监测依从性高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:自制胎动计数记录单能提高孕妇胎动监测依从性,提高护理质量,提高产科安全管理,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of self-made fetal monitoring record in clinical

Objective： To investigate the self- made fetal monitoring records in clinical effect. Methods： 100 pregnant women from June- December 2012 was the control group,100 pregnant women from January- August was the observation group. The control group received fetal monitoring recorded by nurse, the observoction group received self- made fetal monitoring record,the monitoring recorded by pregnant women. To compare the self testing fetal compliance of two groups. Results： Using self- made fetal movement counting records,pregnant women self testing fetal compliance was higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The self- made fetal movement counting records can improve the nursing documents compliance,improve the quality of nursing and obstetric safety management,which is worthy of clinical application.
