肾癌 c-myc癌基因产物p62的表达与临床意义

采用ABC法免疫组化技术,检测8例正常肾组织,46例肾癌石蜡包埋标本中p62的表达,并用显微分光光度计测得每例肾癌标本p62的表达强度.结果发现正常肾组织标本中p62染色阴性,46例肾癌标本中29例p62染色阳性,p62的表达位于细胞核内.P62的表达强度与肾癌的病理分级、临床分期呈正相关,与预后呈负相关.

The clinic value of c-myc oncogene product p62 expression in human renal cell cancer

p62 McAb was used to detect the expression of p62 by immunohistochemical assay, in the pardon-embedded specimensfrom normal renal tissues in & sub.iects and tumor tissues in 46 patients with kidney cancel Microspectrophotometer was used todetect the density of p62 in the every specimen. and the densities of p62 were compared with the pathological grading, clinicalstaging and prognosis of the patients. The immunohistochemical assay showed that p62 was not found in the normal renal tissues, butdetected in some of renal tumor tissues. 29 of 46 renal tumor tissues showed positive expression of p62, Staining was observed in thenucleus. Comparing the results from microspectrophotometer assay and the clinical follow up also showed that the density of p62expression was parallel with the pathological grading and the clinical staging. The expression of p62 in cases of recurrence was moreremarkable.
