| 摘 要： | 目的观察Captopril对心肌梗塞大鼠血流动力学和心脏形态学的影响，以探讨左室重构的机制；方法选用大鼠。肌梗塞模型，分为心肌梗塞组、梗塞给药纽和假手术组。梗塞前3天开始饲以Captopril(2g/L)；结果。梗后左室重量指数厦左室腔半径分别比假手术组增加10．4％和24．5％，使用Cap后左室腔半径降低12．7％；心梗后LVEDP明显增加，使用Captopril后使LVEDP明显降低，亦使MAP、LVSP及±dp／dtmax降低(P<0．01)；结论心梗后应用Captopril可以减轻左室重构，改善心功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism of the left vetricular remodeling after acute myocrdial infarction,we examined the effects of 3-weeks treatment with an angiotesin converting enzyme inhibitor,Captopril,on hemodynamics and cardic morphology in mycardial-infarcted rats.Methods The rats were divided into three groups:SO,sham-operated;MI and MI captopril treated. Cap(2g/L) was given three days before infarction.Results Captopril had special effects on ventricular geometry in rats with infarction,which resulted in decreased radius of left ventricular cavity 12.7% compared with MI rats,the LVEDP were decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The results showed th use of Captopril after MI may relieve the left ventricular remodeling and improve the cardiac function. |
