| 摘 要： | 当前，受多种因素影响，紧张的医患关系和过频的医疗纠纷，已成为困绕各级医疗机构和谐发展的一大难题，更成为构建和谐社会的不稳定因素。如何构建和谐医院，实现健康发展，不仅是各级医院的自身需要，更是贯彻落实党的十七大精神的具体体现。本文从立足三个满意出发，阐述了医院如何实现与患者、职工、社会之间的和谐，进而达到到构建和谐医院的目标。

| Abstract: | By a couple of factors, the stress hospital and patient relationship and too much medical disputes seriously effected hospital harmonious development and social harmonious development. To building harmonious hospital was not only the need of hospital but also requires of implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of CPC. Based on the ‘three satisfies＇, how to achieve patient, hospital staff and society harmonious development to building harmonious hospital was analyzed. |
