江门地区尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染型别及HPV6基因多态性研究

目的：研究江门地区尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染型别及HPV6基因多态性。方法：选择本地区2011年6月-2012年6月尖锐湿疣（CA）患者86例，采用基因芯片对人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染型别进行检测，研究本地区HPV感染型别及HPV6基因多态性。结果：男性组阳性34例，占82．93％；女性组阳性37例，占82．22％。两组比较差异无显著性，无统计学意义P〉0．05。男性高危型9例，占21．95％；女性高危型15例，占33．33％；女性高危型构成比例明显高于男性，两种类型比较差异具有显著性，有统计学意义P〈0．05。有4个点位486、141、1203、1311点位基因呈多态性，17例出现突变，突变率为80．95％。结论：本地区的尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染型别以HPV6型感染为主，且本地基因存在多点位突变。

The study of HPV infection type and HPV6 gene polymorphism in patients with condvloma acuminatum in Jianqmen area

Objective ： Researching the infection of the category of HPV6 and it＇ s gene polymorphism of the patients with verruca acuminata in Jiangmen area.Methods ~ Selecting the 86 patients with verruca acuminata from June 2011 to June 2012,adopting gene chip to detect the HPV infection of the category,researching native area＇ s HPV infection of the category and gene polymorphism. Results ： In group of male positive was 34,took up 82.93%;In group of female positive was 37,took up 82.22%,two groups were compared there was no significant difference and no statistical significanceP〉0.05.The men at high risk of type had 9,took up 21.95%;Women at high risk of type had 15,took up 33.33%;Women at high risk of type was obviously higher than the male,two groups types were compared has a significant difference, and has statistical significancep〈0.05.There were four point location 486,141,1203,1311 point location gene presented polymorphism,there was 17 appeared mutation,the mutation rate was 80.95%.Conclusions ： The native area＇ s patients with verruca acuminata HPV infection of the category give priority to with HPV6 type of infection,and the native area＇ s gene exist many point mutations.
