摘    要:目的探讨中人氟安化疗在进展期胃癌患者术中的疗效及对患者生存率、转移率的影响。方法54例进展期胃癌患者在胃癌根治术中行中人氟安800 mg腹腔内植入化疗法;52例进展期胃癌患者仅行胃癌根治术。比较两组疗效、1年及3年生存率和胃癌转移率。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为83.33%、63.46%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;中人氟安组1年及3年生存率、胃癌转移率分别为81.25%、64.58%和10.99%,均优于对照组,P均<0.05。结论进展期胃癌患者术中行中人氟安化疗法疗效显著,在提高患者的生存率、降低癌症转移率方面有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of fluorouracil chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer patients and the impact on patients' survival,metastasis rate.Methods 54 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients underw ent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer w ere performed by chemotherapy fluorouracil implants 800 mg;52 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were only performed radical gastrectomy.The efficacy,1-year and 3-year survival and metastasis rate of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy rate of treatment group and control group was 83.33%,63.46% respectively,there was significant difference betw een the tw o groups;1-year and 3-year survival rate and metastasis rate of the treatment group w ere 81.25%,64.58% and 10.99%,respectively,which were superior to those of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion Implementation of fluorouracil implants therapy is effective on patients w ith advanced gastric cancer surgery,it has important clinical value to improve the survival rate,reduce the rate of cancer metastasis.
