复方骨肽联合甘露醇治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

目的观察复方骨肽联合甘露醇治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将195例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组A、观察组B及对照组,观察组A采用复方骨肽联合甘露醇治疗,观察组B采用甘露醇治疗,对照组仅给予对症治疗。治疗2周后,观察三组的临床疗效。结果三组患者在治疗2周后VAS评分均明显降低;与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分降低更明显;观察组A的VAS评分明显低于观察组B,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组A的有效率明显高于观察组B,观察组A优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方骨肽联合甘露醇治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of patients with lumbar disc disease treated by compound bone peptide combined with mannitol

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound bone peptide combined with mannitol on patients w ith lumbar disc disease.Methods 195 patients with lumbar disc disease were randomly divided into observation group A,observation group B and control group,observation group A was treated by compound bone peptide combined w ith mannitol,observation group B was treated by mannitol,control group was given symptomatic treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy of the three groups after treated for two weeks.Results The VAS scores of the three groups were significantly reduced after treated for two weeks.Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group was more significantly reduced,the VAS scores of observation group A was significantly lower than of observation group B(P < 0.05);the excellent rate of observation group A was significantly higher than that of the observation group B,the excellent rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compound bone peptide combined with mannitol is an effective treatment strategy formany patients with lumbar disc disease,it is worthy to be popularized.
