| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的114例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,对照组54例采用奥曲肽进行治疗,观察组60例采用乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和血尿淀粉酶的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为92.59%,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血尿淀粉酶明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血尿淀粉酶水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin combined with octreotide on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 114 cases of acute pancreatitis patients w ere divided into control group(54 cases,treated with octreotide) and observation group(60 cases treated with ulinastatin and octreotide).The clinical efficacy and urine amylase level changes of the tw o groups w ere compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group w as 92.59%,significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).The urine amylase of observation group w as significantly low er than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin combined w ith octreotide treatment for patients with severe acute pancreatitis has a very significant effect,which can significantly improve the patient's urine amylase level. |
