阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法选取2011年9月至2012年9月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组入院后给予常规药物进行治疗,研究组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀。比较两组患者入院时和治疗1周后心功能水平、血脂水平及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后IVST、LVDD、LVEF等心功能水平及hs-CRP水平均明显改善,研究组TG、LDL、TC等血脂水平与治疗前比较均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗后IVST和LVDD明显降低,LVEF明显提高;TG、LDL、TC水平均明显降低;hs-CRP水平明显降低,两组上述指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能够明显改善急性心肌梗死患者的心功能水平、血脂水平以及hs-CRP水平。

Effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients w ith acute myocardial infarction.Methods 90 acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital w ere selected from September 2011 to September 2012.All the patients w ere divided into study group and control group randomly,45 cases in each group.The patients in control group w ere given conventional drug treatment.The patients in study group w ere given atorvastatin.The changes of the heart function levels,blood lipid levels and high-sensitivity Creactive protein of the tw o groups 1 w eek after treatment w ere compared.Results After treatment,the heart function levels and hs-CRP of the tw o groups w ere improved significantly(P < 0.05).The blood lipid levels of study group w ere improved more significantly than those of control group(P < 0.05).Compared w ith the control group,the IVST and the LVDD of the study group reduced significantly,LVEF was improved significantly,TG,LDL,TC decreased significantly,hs-CRP w ere low er significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively improve the level of cardiac function,blood lipid levels and hs-CRP content in patients with acute myocardial infarction.It is worthy of further promotion of clinical application.
