对比剂碘佛醇在腹部CT增强中的应用价值

目的探讨对比剂碘佛醇在腹部CT增强检查中的应用价值。方法选取318例在我院行腹部增强CT检查患者的临床资料,注射碘佛醇的速度为3～6 mL/s,用量为80～100 mL。所有患者在增强前2 h及增强后即刻、1 h、48 h分别记录各项生命体征,检查心电图以及观察注射部位情况,在增强前2 h和增强后48 h,均进行肾功能以及血液生化指标检查,而且在增强时及增强后立刻、15 min、1 h和48 h分别查看、记录所出现的不良反应。结果注射碘佛醇后发生热感及潮红28例(8.81%),出现轻度不良反应4例(1.26%)。未发现中、重度不良反应。结论国产非离子型对比剂碘佛醇在腹部CT增强检查具有很高的应用价值。

Application value of the contrast agent ioversol in the enhancement of the abdominal CT

Objective To investigate the value of contrast agent ioversol in the enhanced abdominal CT examination.Methods 318 cases using abdomen enhanced CT in our hospital were studied,the injection rate of ioversol was 6 mL / s,and the dosage was 80 ～ 100 mL.The vital signs and ECG was checked at 2 h before enhancement and 1 h,48 h after enhancement;the adverse reaction was recorded during enhancement and at 0 min,15 min,1 h,48 h after enhancement.Results There were 28 cases(8.81%) of thermal and flushing,4 cases of mild adverse reactions(1.26%).No moderate to severe adverse reaction was observed.Conclusion The domestic non-ionic contrast agent ioversol can applied in enhance MRI of abdominal CT.
