| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨测量不确定度在血清肿瘤标志物检测中的应用。方法：利用批内不精密度、批间不精密度及偏倚等参数对贝克曼DXI800检测系统检测血清肿瘤标志物测量不确定度进行评定。结果：常用五项血清肿瘤标志物项目其测量不确定度大小为9．91％～18．22％。结论：与传统的单采用室内质控数据评估不确定度的方法相比，该方法更能反映测量水平，有利于检验结果的合理解释。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the application of measurement uncertainty in serum tumor marker detection. Methods ： On the basis of the parameters of within-run and between-run precision and measurement bias, the measurement uncertainty of the common five serum tumor markers which were detectded on the BECKMAN COULTER DXI 800 measuring system was calculated. Results ： The measurement uncertainty of the common five serum tumor markers was 9.91%-18.22%. Conclusions ： Compared with the tranditional method which was calculated only by the quality control date, it was more scientific for the assessment of measurement uncertainty. |
