南昌地区肇事肇祸精神病人现状及干预效果研究

目的:调查南昌地区肇事肇祸精神疾病患者的相关资料。方法:收集及调查2009年1月至2010年1月南昌地区因肇事肇祸原因登记的精神疾病患者的资料,进行分析。结果:(1)330例肇事肇祸病例中,男性224例,女性106例。有江西省户籍284例,外省户籍46例。(2)肇事肇祸与有无看护、患者性别、精神症状和婚姻状况因素相关。(3)社会综合性干预效果明显。结论:(1)加强社区精神卫生工作是控制肇事肇祸行为发生的关键。(2)需要政府加强重视及投入。

THE STUDY OF INTERVENTION EFFECTS AND PRESENT SITUATION ON TROUBLEMAKING OF PSYCHOTIC PATIENTS IN NANCHANG AREA

Objective：To investigate the relevant factors of troublemaking of psychotic patients in Nanchang.Methods：The data of troublemaking of psychotic patients from January 2009 to January 2010 in Nanchang were analyzed.Results：（1）There were 330 cases of troublemaking（male 224,female 106）of psychotic patients in Nanchang from January 2009 to January 2010,including 284 patients with Jiangxi province HuKou and 46 cases without Jiangxi province HuKou.（2）The taking place of troublemaking were significant correlated with some factors,such as with or without care,sex,psychiatric symptoms and marital status.（3） Community comprehensive intervention showed significant effects.Conclusion：（1）Strengthening community mental health services is the key to control troublemaking caused by psychotic patients.（2）The government should pay more attention and invest more money into this area.
