XC-A30全自动血沉动态分析仪测定红细胞沉降率的可靠性研究

目的：对XC—A30全自动血沉动态分析仪测定红细胞沉降率（ESR）的结果与经典魏氏法的进行分析比较，探讨血沉仪方法学的准确性。方法：运用魏氏手工法与全自动血沉仪法对随机抽取的80例样本进行同步测定分析。结果：XC—A30全自动血沉动态分析仪所测得正常标本的结果与魏氏法的结果之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但测得的血沉结果在20—40mm／h区段时与魏氏法的结果相关系数r^2=0．699，仪器测定均值偏低5．55mm／h，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）．结论：XC—A30全自动血沉动态分析仪在血沉分析测定上具有简便、快速、批量、记录等优势，且其测定的血沉正常值可靠性高，但测定结果处于20-40mm／h区段时应适当进行魏氏法校正。

Reliability study of XC-A30 fully automated ESR analyzer determining red blood cell ESR

Objective ： To compare the ESR results of the XC-A30 automated ESR analyzer and Westergren. And discuss the accuracy of the XC-A30 automated ESR analyzer. Methods Select 80 samples by randomly, and measured by Westergren and the XC-A30 automated ESR analyzer.Results There are no different between each method when the ESR results are within normal limits. But difference can be found when the ESR results are exceeded the normal limits, and it have statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The XC-A30 automated ESR analyzer has some advantages such as convenience, rapid and batch. However its results still have some deviation, especially for the measured results from 20 to 40 millimeter per hour. Those results should be adjusted through Westergren.
