扩张型心肌病患者血清β1肾上腺素能受体自身抗体浓度与左室舒张末期容积的相关性

目的分析扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者血清β1肾上腺素能受体（β1-AR）自身抗体浓度与左室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）的相关性。方法选择DCM患者57例（DCM组）及体检健康者59例（对照组），分别测定抗β1-AR自身抗体浓度和LVEDV，行组间比较分析。结果DCM组抗β1-AR自身抗体阳性率（474％，27／57）显著高于对照组（3．39％，2／59）（P〈0．01）。DCM组抗体阳性血清的抗体滴度显著高于对照组（103.8±5.14vs15.5±3.37，P〈0.01），LVEDV亦显著高于对照组（220±52vsl46±21，P〈0．01）。相关分析结果显示，DCM患者抗β1-AR自身抗体与LVEDV呈正相关（r=0．63，P〈0．05）。结论DCM患者血清抗β1-AR自身抗体浓度与LVEDV密切相关，两者问的相互作用可能在DCM的发病机制中起着重要作用。

Relationship between anti beta1-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies and left ventricular end-diastolic volume in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To assess the correlation between the change of serum concentration of anti betal-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods Fifty seven patients with DCM were enrolled as study group and 59 normal subjects as control group. The serum levels of anti betal-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies were measured with ELISA test and LVEDV was examined by echocardiography. Results The positive rate and serum levels of anti betal-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies were significantly higher in study than those in control group （ 47.4% vs 3.39%, P 〈 0.01 ; 103.8± 5.14vs15.5 ± 3.37, P 〈 0.01 ）. The LVEDV was significant larger in study group than that in control group （220 ±52vs146±21,P 〈0.01 ）. Regression analysis showed the serum level of anti betal-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies was positively correlated with LVEDV（r=0.63,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The results indicate that the interaction of anti betal-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies and LVEDV may play an important role in the pathogenesis of DCM.
