| 摘 要： | [目的]观察风湿正痛丸治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的疗效及安全性。[方法]使用风湿正痛丸治疗强直性脊柱炎30例,并以柳氮磺吡啶为对照组,观察3个月。[结果]风湿正痛丸治疗强直性脊柱炎总有效率为86.7%,对照组为50.0%。治疗组在改善晨僵时间方面优于对照组。[结论]风湿正痛丸治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Fengshizhengtong (antinociceptive from rheumatic disease)Pills in treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods Patients with AS in treatment group were treated by Fengshizhengtong Pills and those in control group by Sulfasalazine. The course of treatment was three months. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and that of control group was 50.0%. The improvement rate of morning stiffness in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group. Conclusions Fengshizhengtong Pills is effective and safe and can be used to treat ankylosing spondylitis. |
