严重多发性开放性骨折患者早期急救护理56例

目的 为了降低严重多发性开放性骨折伤残率和死亡率,提高正确的诊断率和抢救成功率,预防并发症发生。方法 总结1997年1月～2004年5月严重多发性开放性骨折患者56例,按ISS评分进行“初步诊断-呼吸管理-大静脉置管-紧急控制出血-心泵功能的监测-追从”-链式急救护理流程。结果 治愈41例,好转14例,死亡3例,死亡率7．14％。结论 应用“初步诊断-呼吸管理-大静脉置管-紧急控制出血-心泵功能的监测-追从”-链式流程抢救护理严重多发性开放性骨折患者,为急救医师赢得时间、提供有价值的信息,对提高现代创伤救治成功率,降低并发症及残废率创造了良好的条件,并可获得满意效果。

The Early First-aid Nursing to 56 Patiens with Seriously Multiple and Open Fracture

Objective To reduce the disability and death rate of Seriously multiple and open fracture patient, raise the correct diagnosis rate and successful resuscitation rate and prevent complications. Methods After making a summation of 56 Seriously multiple and open fracture patients from Jan.1997 to May.2004, and refer to injury severity score(ISS), we proceed first-aid nursing according to the chain flow chart which is "preliminary assessment- respiration supervision- pipe put to large vine- emergency controlling of hemorrhage- heart pump function monitoring". Results 41 cases were cured, 14 cases took a turn for the better, and 3 cases were dead, the death rate was 7.14%.Conclusion Applying "preliminary assessment- respiration management- pipe put to large vine- emergency control- ling of hemorrhage- heart pump function monitoring" to rescue and nurse seriously multiple and open fracture patients made us save a lot of time for first-aid doctor and also offer much valuable information. Besides, it also provides a well condition for raising trauma care success rate, decreasing complications and invalid rate. This method could obtain satisfying clinical effect
