| Abstract: | Munchausen syndrome by proxy is a type of child abuse which is usually diagnosed on clinical grounds. In occasional instances, radiological diagnosis plays a role in the recognition of this disorder. We present the radiological findings in a child with an unusual osteomyelitis owing to Münchausen syndrome by proxy. |
