口腔癌患者血中自由基的变化

目的 探讨口腔癌患者血中自由基在术前、术后的变化，探讨自由基与口腔癌的关系。方法 测定２５例口腔癌患者术前及术后７天血中自由基的有关项目，并与３０例空组比较。结果口腔癌组脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）高于对照组，超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、一氧化氮（ＮＯ）低于对照组，差异均有高度显著性；口腔癌患者术后７天测定ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ与术前比较差异无显著性，ＮＯ浓度低于术前。结论口腔癌与体内自由基密切相关。

Changes of Free Radical in the Blood of Patients with Oral Carcinoma

To study preoperative and postoperative change of free radical change in the blood of patients with oral carcinoma and make a comparison with a normal group to explore the relationship between free radical and oral carcinoma \ Methods\ Determine the relevant items of free radical in the blood before operation and 7 days after operation and make a study in a control group of 30 normal cases \ Results\ Lipid preoxide(LPO) in oral carcinoma group was higher than that in the normal control group, and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and nitric oxide(NO) were lower than those in normal control group,all with significant difference(P<0 01) \ In oral carcinoma patients,the measurements of LPO and SOD 7 days after operation showed no significant difference(P>0 05), compared with preoperation \ The concentration was lower than that before operation(P<0 05) with significant difference \ Conclusion\ There is a close association between oral carcinoma and free radical in the body
