甲状腺显像摄取放射性减低的病因分析

目的:探讨甲状腺静态显像出现摄取放射性减低的相关病因。方法:对28例甲状腺显像摄取放射性减低者,结合临床资料及实验室甲状腺功能测定,对其原因进行比较分析。结果:28例甲状腺摄取放射性减低者,2例为摄取含碘的外源性食物或药物,6例为甲状腺功能低下,20例为亚急性甲状腺炎。结论:对表现为甲状腺摄取放射性减低的各种疾病单纯依靠图像诊断较困难,如将影像表现与临床表现和血清学实验室检查结合进行综合分析可明确病因,提高诊断率。

Analysis for the Cause of the Decrease Radioactivity Uptake in Thyroid Imaging

Objective To discuss and research the cause of the decrease radioactivity uptake in thyroid static imaging. Methods Comparison analysis the cause of disease on 28 patients with the decrease radioactivity uptake in thyroid static imaging, and combining the clinical information and laboratory tests of thyroid function. Results 2 patients with uptake io dine containing foods or medications, 6 patients with hypothyreosis, and 20 patients with subacute thyroiditis in 28 patients with the decrease radioactivity uptake in thyroid static imaging. Conclusion It＇s difficult to analyze the diseases appear the decrease radioactivity uptake in thyroid only depending on the imaging, but the cause of the disease can be confirmed and diagnosis rate will be raised if comprehensive consideration and analysis on the combination of imaging, clinical symptom and laboratory test.
