| 摘 要： | 目的提高护理文书的书写质量。方法应用“护理书写质量控制本”对护理文书质量进行管理。结果护理文书缺陷明显减少,护理文书书写质量得到提高。结论“护理书写质量控制本”应用于护理文书质量管理,落实护理文书全程监控体系,加强了护理文书的质量控制力度,提高了护理文书的质量。
