| 摘 要： | 观察大鼠创伤后血浆ＩＬ－１的动态变化，发现双股骨骨折所致创伤后第１天，血浆ＩＬ－１明显升高，创伤后第３天，血浆ＩＬ－１比较第１天降低，但仍高于正常对照组。创伤后第７天血浆ＩＬ－１继续降低，已低于正常对照组。到第１０天，创伤组和正常对照组无明显差异。

| Abstract: | By observing the dynamic change of interleukin 1 (IL - 1 ) of blood plasma in traumatic rats, a significant increasc of the activity of IL - 1 in blood plasma was found in the first day after rats doublc thighbone fracture. The activity of IL - 1 decreased gradually in the third day after trauma, but it was higher than Thc control group. The activity of IL - 1 decreascd continuously and was lowcr than the contrtol group in the seventh day after trauma, and there was no significant difference between the experiment group and the control group in 10 days. The results suggestcd that trauma can induce the significant change of IL - 1 in rat blood plasma and the level of IL - 1 was closely correlated to the formative process of trauma. |
