乳癖Ⅲ号合剂治疗乳腺增生病的动物实验研究

目的:观察乳癖Ⅲ号合剂治疗大鼠乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:用乳癖Ⅲ号合剂给大鼠灌胃,观察乳癖Ⅲ号合剂对大鼠腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮所致大鼠乳腺增生的影响。结果:乳癖Ⅲ号合剂对大鼠乳腺增生病的病理模型的乳头突出有缩小作用,使模型鼠血清雌二醇含量下降、孕酮含量升高,病理组织检查显示乳癖Ⅲ号合剂使乳腺组织增生程度明显减轻、乳腺小叶体积未见增大。结论:乳癖Ⅲ号合剂能减轻大鼠乳腺增生程度,同时还能减轻乳腺组织造模以后的病理改变。

Experimental study of the therapeutic effect of Rupi NO.3 Mixture on cyclomastopathy in rats

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Rupi NO.3 Mixture on cyclomastopathy in rats. Methods: The rats with cyclomastopathy, induced by intraperitoneal injection benzestrofol and progesterone, were given Rupi NO.3 Mixture orally. And the therapeutic effect on mammoplasia was studied. Results: Rupi NO.3 Mixture can diminish the papilla hernia of experimental rats with cyclomastopathy. It can also decrease the content of serum estrogen, but increase progesterone. And it can obviously lessen the degree of mammoplasia by pathohistology examination. And volume of the lobule of mammary gland did not accrete. Conclusion: Rupi NO.3 Mixture can lessen the degree of mammoplasia and improve the pathological changes of rats with cyclomastopathy.
