尿液足细胞标记蛋白在2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值

目的探讨尿液足细胞标记蛋白（PCX）在2型糖尿病肾病（DN）早期诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫比浊法测定62例2型糖尿病患者尿液PCX水平，并与64例体检正常者比较。结果糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）正常者PCX水平无明显增高；随病情加重，尿PCX水平随尿mAlb水平升高而不断升高，但血肌酐（SCr）水平〉135μmol／L时，PCX水平降低。相关分析示尿mAlb和PCX无相关性。在DN早期患者空腹血糖水平越高，尿PCX水平越高。结论尿液PCX在DN肾损伤监测中有重要意义；血糖水平与PCX水平存在相关性。

Value of urinary podocalyxin in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes nephropathy

Objective To investigate the value of urinary podocalyxin （PCX）in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes nephropathy（DN）. Methods The level of urinary PCX was detected by immune turbidimetry method in 62 patients with type 2 diabetes,then compared with that in 64 healthy controls. Results The level of urinary PCX was not significantly increased in diabetic patients with normal urinary microalbumlnuria （mAlb）. With the development of diabetes,the level of urinary PCX increased continuously with the rising of urinary mAlb level, but decreased when the serum ereatinine（SCr） level higher than 135 μmol/L. No correlation was found between the level of urinary mAlb and PCX. In the early stage of DN ,the level of urinary PCX increased with the rising of fasting glucose level. Conclusions Urinary PCX is important for the monitoring of early renal dysfunction in type II diabetes. Blood glucose level is correlated with the level of urinary PCX.
