| 摘 要： | 目的：对临床诊断为男性不育症患者进行细胞遗传学分析，探讨男性不育症与染色体之间的关系，方法：常规方法制备外周血染色体标本，G，C显带，部分病例做了银染技术，结果：对男性不育患者408例进行 以体核型分析，共发现43例异常，异常核型大多数为克氏症，（47，XXY，Klinefelter syndrome47)，4例为较罕见的核型，结论：染色体异常，尤其是性梁色体数目和结构的异常是造成男性不育的重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To make a cytogenetics study of clinically diagnosed male infertility,and to study the relations between abnormal chromosome and male infertility.Methods Chromosomal preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional,G and C banding techniques in all cases and additionally by silver staining(Ag Nor)in some cases.Results 408 cases of male infertility were studied in cytogenetics.Forty three cases in this study showed chromosomal abnormalities.Most of them were Klinefelter syndrome(47,XXY)and four cases were special karyotypes.Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities,especially structural and numeral abnormalities of sexual chromosome,are important cause of male infertility. |
