| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抑郁症患者服药依从性与心理健康状况的相关性。方法：评估108例抑郁症患者的依从性，以症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查患者的心理状况，分析两方面的相关性，以及依从性与其他因素的相关性。结果：SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数、强迫、精神病性因子及家庭对服药的态度与依从性负相关，阴性项目数与依从性正相关。结论：依从性和心理健康状况有关。药物对依从性的影响以往可能被高估。家庭对服药的态度影响患者的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between the compliance and mental health status in patients with depression. Method: 108 patients with depression were involved in the study. Their compliance and mental health status were evaluated with SCL-90. Result:The compliance was negatively related with total scores, total average scores, the number of positive items, obsessive - compulsive, psychosis factors of SCL-90 and family's attitude to medication. It was positively related with negative items of SCL-90. Conclusion:The compliance was related to the mental health status and the influence of medication to compliance had been overestimated before. The family's attitude to medication had some effects on the compliance. |
