| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT仿真内镜（CT virtual endoscopy,CTVE)在冠状动脉病变诊断中的应用价值、检查方法和影像表现。材料和方法：对40例可疑冠状动脉病变患者进行螺旋CT扫描，采用回顾性心电门控技术，层厚1．25mm，B波后70％相位重建，造影剂150m1，注射速度3—3．5m1。全部病例完成血管CTVE重建，并与DSA比较。结果：CTVE良好地显示了血管内壁、内膜钙化、软斑块及狭窄。结论：CTVE集内镜与CT血管成像(CTA)的优点于一身，可以作为一种准确而无创伤性的检查方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To investigate the value,methods and CT appearances of CT coronary artery virtual endoscopy in the diagnosis of coronary artery diseases. Materials and Methods: Fourty patients underwent examination of spiral CT,and all volume data were transferred to computer work station,CT virtual endoscopy imaging were generated from the volumetric data using the navigator smooth soft ware. Results: Fourty cases showed successful CTVE imagings, and its imaging could clearly show the inner wall, inner structures of the vessels, calcific intima and the narrows. Conclusion: CTVE could provide more information of the vessel by displaying the inner wall, it included the advantage of endoscopy and CTA.It was a nonin-vasion and accurate procedure, which had the important value in clinic applications. |
