综合性医院参与结核病人管理的可行性及模式探讨

[目的]调查重庆地区综合性医院参与结核病病人管理的现状，探索其在这方面的能力和意愿，为重庆地区结核病病人的管理模式提出新的思路。[方法]采用定性研究方法中的深入访谈和关键人物访谈。[结果]大量的结核病疑似病人和结核病人来综合性医院就诊，虽然医生基本掌握结核病诊疗的标准，但是缺乏结核病人管理方面的知识，医院具备诊疗结核病人的设施及人力，但与结防机构之问缺乏良好的协调。[结论]综合性医院基本具备参与结核病病人管理的条件，应进一．步加强其参与管理的能力，在国家结核病控制规划指导下探索适合自己地区的结核病控制方式。

STUDY ON FEASIBILITY AND MODE OF GENERAL HOSPITAL''''S PARTICIPATION IN TB CASE MANAGEMENT

[Objective]To investigate the current situation of general hospital's participation in TB case management and explore the abilities and willingness of participation in TB case management of the doctors and managers in general hospital,then provide new ideas to develop the more practical and effective TB case management mode.[Methods]In-depth interview and key-informant interview of qualitative methods were used for the study.[Results]Many TB suspects and TB patients sought health care in general hospitals. Most general hospital doctors mastered the basical TB diagnosis and treatment standard,but lacked of the kowledge about TB case management. The general hospitals had enough resources for the TB diagnosis and treatment,but lacked of coordination with TB dispensary.[Conclusion]Most general hospitals are qualified to collaborate in TB case management. Their abilities of the participation in TB cases management should be enhanced. The TB control mode should be explored and established according to the real situation of different areas in the guidance of the National Tuberculosis Programme(NTP).
