| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p16, cyclin D1, cdk4在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义.方法免疫组织化学检测p16, cyclin D1, cdk4蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达,原位杂交检测p16和cyclin D1在卵巢癌中的存在状况.结果 p16在卵巢癌中低表达,cyclin D1和cdk4过度表达;p16 与 cdk4呈负相关关系(P＜0.05),cyclin D1与cdk4呈正相关关系(P＜0.05).结论卵巢癌发生机制可能涉及p16, cyclin D1, cdk4调节环路中多个基因的异常,p16低表达和cyclin D1高表达一起在卵巢癌发生中起协同作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the express ion of p16,cyclin D1, cdk4 and their significance in overian carcinoma. Methods Expression of p16, cyclinD 1 and cdk4 was studied by immunchistochemi stry and in situ hybridization. Results Overexpression of cyc lin D1 and cdk4 were revealed in these samples and p16 was undertectable. Ther e was a negative correlation between p16 and cdk4 in these samples ( P<0 .05); there was a positive relation between cyclin D1 and cdk4 (P<0.05) . Conclusion Abnormality of many genes in the regulatory pathwa y of p16 and cyclin D1/cdk4 may be involved in the molecular mechanism of overia n car cinoma. Both underexpression of p16 and overexpression of cyclin D1 are important. |
