临床功能性消化不良患者诊治方法分析

目的：探讨临床功能性消化不良患者诊治方法及效果。方法对我院收治的60例患者实施常规病理检查和胃镜诊断，然后对对照组患者采用口服马来酸曲美布汀常规治疗，对试验组患者采用马来酸曲美布汀联合黛力新治疗，并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者中显效20例，有效8例，无效2例；对照组功能性消化不良患者治疗后，显效10例，有效7例，无效13例；两组患者之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时试验组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%，对照组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胃镜在功能性消化不良患者诊断中应用诊断效果显著，同时临床对功能性消化不良患者采用马来酸曲美布汀联合黛力新治疗效果显著，不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

An analysis of diagnosis and treatment for patients with clinical functional dyspepsia

Objective To analyze diagnosis and treatment for patients with clinical functional dyspepsia and its efficacy. Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital received regular pathological examinations and gastroscopy. Afterwards,patients in the control group received a regular treatment of oral administration of trimebutine maleate,and patients in the experimental group received trimebutine maleate combined deanxit.Curative effects were observed in the two groups. Results Among the patients in the experimental group,20 patients were significantly effective,8 effective and 2 ineffective;after the treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia in the control group,10 patients were significantly effective,7 effective and 13 ineffective;the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Incidence rate of adverse effects was 6.67%in the experimental and 10.00%in the control group,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastroscopy in the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia has a significant effect,and trimebutine maleate combined deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has an obvious efficacy with few adverse effects and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
