摘    要:目的:探讨三维斑点追踪成像技术评价高血压病患者左心室整体收缩功能的临床价值。方法选择2013年8月~2014年5月原发性高血压患者共50例作为高血压组,选择健康自愿者30例作为对照组。两组患者均进行3DT分析软件进行图像分析并进行对比研究。结果两组年龄、病程、心率、LVESV、LVEDV、CO、SV、LVEDMass、LVESMass、LVEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高血压组GRS、GCS较对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高血压组GLS、GAS较对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论3D-STI能较敏感地评价原发性高血压病患者左室整体收缩功能的变化,为临床治疗与疗效评价提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of evaluation of left ventricular systolic function with three-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography in hypertension. Methods 50 patients with hypertension from 2013 August to 2014 May were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The two groups were performed 3DT speckle tracking echocardiography and comparative study. Results The age, course, heart rate, LVESV, LVEDV, CO, SV, LVEDMass, LVESMass, and LVEF difference of two groups were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). GRS, GCS of the observation group significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). GLS, GAS of the observation group significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion 3D STI can be more sensitive to the evaluation of changes of left ventricular systolic function in hypertension. It can provide reference basis of clinical treatment and curative effect evaluation.
