舒利迭对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者肺通气及肺换气功能的影响研究

目的：探讨舒利迭对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者肺通气及肺换气功能的影响程度。方法选取2011年5月-2013年4月于本院进行诊断及治疗的72例慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象，将72例患者根据随机分配的方式分为对照组（常规治疗干预组）36例和观察组（常规治疗加舒利迭组）36例，然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后的肺通气及肺换气功能相关指标进行检测与比较。结果观察组治疗后的肺通气及肺换气功能相关指标均明显地好于对照组，并显著地好于本组治疗前的检测结果，两组的检测指标之间均有显著性差异（P均＜0.05）。结论舒利迭在慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用效果较好，其可显著地改善患者的肺通气及肺换气功能状态。

Study on the influence of seretide for pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange of patients with COPD respiratory failure

Objective To study the influence of seretide for pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange of patients with COPD respiratory failure.Methods72 patients with COPD respiratory failure from May 2011 to April 2013 were the research object,and 72 cases were randomly divided into control group （routine treatment group）36 cases and observation group（routine treatment and seretide group）36 cases,then the pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. ResultsThe pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange of observation group after the treatment were better than those of control group and before the treatment（allP〈0.05）, there were significant differences.Conclusion The effect of seretide in COPD respiratory failure is better, and it can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange.
