| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对老年食管癌手术患者实施舒适护理的方法和效果。方法将200例食管癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理。观察并比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、舒适度、对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，舒适度、对护理的满意度高于对照组。结论对食管癌围术期患者实施舒适护理可确保手术顺利进行，减少手术后并发症，提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method and effect of application of comfort nursing for elderly patients with esophageal cancer operation. Methods 200 cases of patients with esophageal cancer operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each, the control group received routine nursing. The observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to comfort, the two groups were observed and compared the incidence of postoperative complications, comfort, satisfaction with nursing work. Restults The complication rate lower than the control group, the observation group patients after operation, comfort, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing can ensure smooth operation on patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period, reduce the complications after operation, improve the quality of nursing. |
