Ki-67在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的表达分析

目的：探讨Ki-67表达在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中价值。方法收集82例接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，采用免疫组化法检测患者新辅助化疗前后Ki-67表达情况，比较分析穿刺前Ki-67表达情况与化疗疗效的相关性。结果新辅助化疗后Ki-67表达率显著下降，与化疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；化疗前Ki-67低表达者有效率显著高于化疗前Ki-67高表达者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论Ki-67表达情况可作为乳腺癌严重程度判断、化疗方案选择以及预测化疗效果的可靠依据。

Expression of Ki-67 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer

Objective To explore the expression of Ki-67 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods 82 cases of patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were researched.The expression of Ki-67 were tested by immunohistochemical.The correlation between expression of Ki-67 and chemotherapeutic effect were compared. Results The expression percentage of Ki-67 posttreatment were lower than prior-treatment （P〈0.05）;The effective rate with low expression for Ki-67 negative was higher than high expression for Ki-67 positive（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Ki-67 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer is reliable basis for order of severity,chemotherapy regimens and curative effect of chemotherapy.
