社区护理干预对心脏搭桥术患者康复及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨社区护理干预对心脏搭桥术患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法以我辖区2011年1月～2013年7月间的60例冠脉搭桥术后康复期患者为研究对象，随机分为A组与B组，所有患者均积极进行常规治疗，A组在此基础上增加社区护理干预。比较两组患者康复期心理症状水平、康复质量、生活质量和对护理服务满意度之间的差异。结果 A组患者康复期心理症状水平低于B组，康复质量、生活质量和对护理服务满意度高于B组，其差异皆有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区护理干预对心脏搭桥术后患者的康复和生活质量有积极作用，其可以降低患者心理症状水平、提高患者康复能力和对护理服务的满意度、改善患者生活质量。

Effect of community nursing intervention on convalescence and life quality of patients receiving bypass surgery

Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on convalescence and life quality of patients receiving bypass surgery. Methods 60 patients who received coronary artery bypass surgery and were in convalescence in our region from January 2011 to July 2013 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly allocated to group A and group B.All patients received positive regular treatment,and the group A further received community nursing intervention.Levels of mental symptoms, recovery quality,life quality and satisfaction towards nursing during convalescence between the two groups were compared. Results Mental symptoms in the group A during convalescence were less than those in the group B,and recovery quality,life quality and satisfaction towards nursing were all better or higher than those in the group B. All the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention plays a positive role in the convalescence and life quality for patients receiving bypass surgery.It helps alleviate patients＇ mental symptoms, improve patients’recovery ability and satisfaction to nursing, and enhance patients＇ life quality.
