| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析闭角性青光眼38例（43眼）的临床资料，所有患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除术联合后房型折叠式人工晶状体植入术治疗。分析患者临床疗效。结果术后患者眼压显著下降，前房深度显著提高（P＜0.01）。与术前比较，术后患者矫正视力得到显著提高（P＜0.01）。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼能够显著降低眼压，改善患者视力，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Selected 38 cases（43 eyes） with angle-closure glaucoma were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were treated by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results Intraocular pressure after operation was decreased apparently compared with that of before operation（P〈0.01）. Corrected visual acuity after operation was increased apparently compared with that of before operation（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle-closure glaucoma can decrease intraocular pressure and increase corrected visual acuity, worthy of clinical application. |
