清肺解毒法治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的临床研究

目的：探讨小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿采用中医方案治疗的临床疗效。方法将本院2011年1月1日-2013年12月31日这段时间诊治的60例小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿随机分为两组。对照组30例均采用常规方法进行治疗；观察组30例用清肺口服液行清肺解毒法对所有患者进行治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果以及临床症状恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率显著好于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿退热时间、止咳时间、痰壅消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间显著好于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组积分显著好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论清肺口服液行清肺解毒法治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿具有显著的临床治疗效果，能够显著提高患儿的临床症状恢复情况，值得临床推广。

Clinical studies of qingfei detoxification in treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.Methods Selected 60 cases with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia phlegm off the lung from 2011.1.1 to 2013.12.31 were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases of control group were treated by conventional therapy, and 30 cases of observation group were treated by Qingfei oral by qingfei detoxification therapy. Clinical efficacy and clinical recovery were compared between two groups.Results Total efficiency rate of observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Children with fever time, cough time, phlegm disappearance time, lung auscultation disappearance of observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Integration of observation group after treatment was better than control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionQingfei detoxification for pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia by qingfei detoxification therapy shows significant treatment clinicaleffect, and can improve clinical recovery, worty of clinical promotion.
