| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素泵护理在糖尿病强化中的效果。方法收集2009年5月～2013年5月到我院就诊的263例糖尿病患者，对其进行胰岛素泵的应用及相关护理。结果应用5-17d后血糖控制效果良好，仅5例有低血糖发生。结论糖尿病患者经过胰岛素泵的强化护理后血糖改善良好，其护理的方便、安全，改善了患者的生活质量，有助于糖尿病患者胰岛素泵的强化治疗，值得临床借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump nursing in the strengthening of diabetes. Methods 263 diabetic patients treated in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2013 were selected and given insulin pump application and relevant nursing. Results After 5 to 17 days of application, the glycemic control effect was good and hypoglycemia only occurred in 5 patients. Conclusion After the strengthening nursing of insulin pump, the diabetic patients＇ blood sugar improves well. This nursing method is convenient and safe, improves the patients＇ quality of life, and is conducive to the diabetic patients＇ strengthening treatment of insulin pump, thereby worthy of clinical reference. |
