中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血的临床观察

目的：比较中西医结合（血塞通＋地塞米松）与单纯西医治疗（脱水剂）外伤性前房积血的疗效。方法将2009年6月-2013年6月住院治疗前房积血的75例患者随机分为两组，治疗组患者（n=38）给予静脉滴注血塞通联合地塞米松；对照组患者（n=37）给予脱水剂治疗，比较两组患者治疗后痊愈率和视力及并发症情况。结果治疗组5d后痊愈率为92.7%，显著优于对照组75.6%（P＜0.05）；治疗组5d后视力（4.57±0.38）显著高于对照组视力（4.26±0.49）（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生例数均较少。结论血塞通联合地塞米松治疗外伤性前房积血疗效突出，较单纯脱水剂治疗效果更好。

The clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine for traumatic hyphema

ObjectiveTo compare the effect of traditional Chinese（Xuesaitong ＋ Dexamethasone） and western medicine（Dehydrant） for traumatic hyphema.Methods 75 patients with traumatic hyphema in our hospital form June 2009 to June 2013 were divided into two groups, patients（n=38） of treatment group were dripped by Xuesaitong combine with Dexamethasone, patients（n=37） of control group were dipped by Dehydrant, the recovery rate and vision and complications after treatment were compared.Results The recovery rate of treatment group was 92.7% after 5 days and better than 75.6% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The vision of treatment group were （4.57±0.38） after 5 days and better than （4.26±0.49） in the control group（P〈0.05）. The count of complications both two group were little.Conclusion There has a great effect of traditional Chinese（Xuesaitong ＋ Dexamethasone） and western medicine（Dehydrant） for traumatic hyphema, and better than treatment with Dehydrant single.
