地佐辛辅佐下预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后早期疼痛的意义

目的：探讨地佐辛在瑞芬太尼麻醉患者中的应用以及对早期疼痛的影响。方法选取2012年10月～2013年10月于我院实施择期手术治疗的患者72例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各36例，两组术中均给予瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉，在此基础上，观察组于手术结束前30min静脉注射地佐辛，对比两组的临床效果。结果与对照组比较，观察组在呼吸恢复、睁眼及拔管的时间上均明显缩短，术后疼痛程度明显减轻，且其不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（5.56% vs 19.44%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论地佐辛可有效预防瑞芬太尼麻醉患者的早期疼痛，减少不良反应，且对患者呼吸及认知功能影响轻微，效果显著，值得推广。

Significance of application of dezocine in preventing early pain after remifentanil anesthesia

Objective To investigate the application of dezocine in the patients receiving remifentanil anesthesia and its influence on early pain. Methods Seventy-two patients receiving selective operation treatment in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 patients in each group. Both groups were given remifentanil intravenous anesthesia during the surgery, on the basis of which the observation group received intravenous injection of dezocine 30 minutes before the end of surgery. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly shortened respiration recovery, eye opening and tube drawing time and significantly reduced postoperative pain degree, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（5.56%vs19.44%）, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine can effectively prevent the early pain of the patients receiving remifentanil anesthesia and reduce adverse reactions, has slight influence on the patients’respiration and cognition function, and shows remarkable effects, thereby worthy of promotion.
